Permanently delete your PriPass account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.

- • Your account will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
- • All personal data, history and preferences will be removed.
- • Active subscriptions will be cancelled without refund.
- • Wallet credits will be lost.
- • You will lose access to all partner gyms.
Before deleting, consider:
• Delete only data: You can keep your account and request only the deletion of personal data. Request data deletion →
• Pause subscription: If you need a break, you can pause your subscription instead of deleting the account.

What happens when you delete your account
Immediate deactivation
Your account is deactivated and you lose access to the app.
Subscription cancellation
All active subscriptions are automatically cancelled.
Data deletion (up to 30 days)
All personal data is permanently removed from our servers.
Email confirmation
You receive an email confirming the complete deletion.
